"I know Kirkland block by block, from Moss Bay and Market downtown to Juanita, Finn Hill, and Kingsgate up north, and every neighborhood in between: Norkirk, Highlands, Central Houghton, Lakeview, Everest, North and South Rose Hill, Bridle Trails, and Totem Lake. Wherever you're looking, I can tell you what makes that pocket different and what your home is really worth there."

Most of my business doesn't come from a sign in the yard. It comes from people who know me, trust me, and keep sending their friends and family my way. After 14 years selling homes on the Seattle Eastside, that's still the part I love most.
I'm a full-time agent helping buyers and sellers across Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, and the Eastside, closing around 40 homes a year. I know these neighborhoods block by block, and I'm glad to help anyone at any stage of life and any price point. I've had a slightly out of the box path to get here (ask me sometime), but the through line never changes: I like people, and I like being the one they can count on when a move is on the line.
The work I care about most is helping folks who've been in the same house for 20, 30 years or more. A home held that long sells differently. There's more to sort through, more equity on the line, real tax questions, and a lot of emotion tied to a place where you raised a family. My job is to handle all of it at your pace, so a move that could feel overwhelming ends up calm and under control.
If you're thinking about buying or selling on the Eastside, or you just want a straight answer about what your home is worth, reach out. Even a few years out, I'm glad to be a resource. That's how most of my best relationships started.
Homes sell on how they make people feel the second someone walks in the door, and that's the part I love. My background is in design and staging, so a lot of what I do is help our sellers get their house looking its best before it goes on the market, and help buyers picture what a space could become. It's usually the small changes that make the big difference, and I get a real kick out of finding them.
What matters most to me is that this whole thing actually feels good instead of stressful. Buying or selling is a big deal, and I want people to feel taken care of at every step. When I'm not doing this, you'll find me chasing my kids, out on the golf course, or making something in the kitchen.
I'm the person behind the scenes making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Real estate has a hundred moving pieces on every deal, and my job is to keep all of them on track so our clients never have to wonder what's happening next. Deadlines, paperwork, scheduling, the details that are easy to miss when you're busy living your life. I stay on top of it so the whole process feels organized instead of stressful.
I like solving problems and I like people, which turns out to be a pretty good combination for this work. When I'm not keeping things running, you'll find me hiking, hunting down a new restaurant, or talking myself into one more karaoke song.
